All lots are pictured on my website, www.exonumia.homestead.com 2) Mail, phone and email bids are accepted until 1000PM PST March 1, 2009. No Fax bids. Email bids will be acknowledged via a return email. Absentee bids will also be accepted at the show on the day of the sale if time permits. If there is no answer when calling in bids prior to March 10, please leave a detailed message with your phone number and I will call you back. 3) Absentee bids will not be reduced. Bid what you are willing to pay. 4) Unless otherwise noted, the minimum bid on any lot is $5.00. 5) Bidding increments are in even dollar amounts only. Bids will be rounded down to the nearest dollar if necessary. 6) In the event of a tie, the earliest received bid will win the lot. 7) A 10% buyer fee will be added to all successful bids. 8) Lots may be picked up on Sunday March 8, 2009 by prior arrangement only. Otherwise, lots will be shipped insured via USPS first class mail. All postal costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 9) California buyers will be charged 8.5% sales tax unless a valid signed reseller certificate is furnished. 10) Lots are guaranteed to be genuine. Returns on lots won by absentee bids will only be accepted if there are significant errors in the printed listing. Lots won by live bidders are sold as is. No returns after 14 days from the date of invoice. 11) Catalog and grading information is provided as a convenience only. You should not rely on it. Estimated values, if given, are supplied by the consignors and may not be accurate.
